    ตลาดโรงเกลือหรือตาดมิตรภาพชายแดน เป็นตลาดนัดที่ขายสินค้าทั้งของกิน ของใช้ เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ มาตั้งแต่ พ.ศ.2534 และได้ใช้ชื่อว่า "ตลาดโรงเกลือ"  เพราะค้าขายอยู่บริเวณโรงเกลือหรือโกดังเก็บเกลือในฝั่งประเทศไทย "ในอดีตไทยเคยผลิตเกลือแล้วส่งขายให้กับกัมพูชา)

    ในปัจจุบันตาดโรงเกลือได้ขยับขยายมาเป็นตาดชายแดนที่มีขนาดใหญ่โตาก มีสินค้าราคาถูกสารพัดชนิด ทั้งของไทย เขมรเวียดนาม จีน มาวางให้เือกซื้อกันมากมาย โดยจะมีคนไทยแะนักท่องเที่ยวชายแดนเข้ามาจับจ่ายซื้อของวันละมากกว่า 10,000  คนมีเงินหนุมเวียนวันละมากกว่า 10 ล้านบาท เรียกได้ว่้าเป็นตลาดการค้าชายแดนที่ทำรายได้เข้าประเทศที่ใหญ่ที่สุด

   ตลาดโรงเกลือมี 5 ตลาด โรงเกลือเก่า ตลาดเดชไทย ตาดเทศบาล 2  (ตลาดโกลเดน-เกต) และตลาดเบญจวรรณ มีร้านค้ากว่า 3000 ร้าน สินค้าที่ขายมีทั้งมือหนึ่ง มือสอง แต่ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นสินค้ามือสอง ได้แก่ เสื้อผ้า กระเป๋า รองเท้า เครื่องครัว ตุ๊กตา ของเล่น เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์กีฬา อุปกรณ์ประดับยนต์ เป็นต้น มักจะมีสินค้าแบรนด์เนมจากต่างประเทศมาขายในราคาถูก พ่อค้าแม่ค้ามักจะไปเหมาสินค้ามือสองที่นี่ เพื่อนำมาซ่อมแล้วขาย เพราะสินค้าบางอย่างราคาถูกจนเหลือเชื่อ

    ตลาดโรงเกลือเปิดทุกวัน ตั้งแต่เวลา 7 โมงเช้า -2 ทุ่ม ถ้ามาในวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์แผงร้านค้าจะเปิดมากที่สุด
